Call blocking, also known as call block, call screening, or call rejection, allows a telephone subscriber to block incoming calls from specific telephone numbers. This feature may require an additional payment to the subscriber's telephone company. It may be possible to use computer software, in conjunction with the caller ID information from your phone company and a caller ID enabled phone modem, to block an incoming call. Caller ID software can be more flexible, with options to block on partial numbers, such as just the area code, or caller ID name (where caller ID name is available from your phone company). The codes to be dialed to activate call blocking, add a telephone number to the rejection list, turn off call blocking, will vary according to telephone system and country. Methods of call blocking include: * Sending caller to voicemail * Sending caller to busy signal * Sending caller to "Number No Longer in Service" * Sending caller to "Keep Ringing" Call Block may not be able to block calls from some cellular phones, pay phones, business lines, or long distance numbers. == See also == * Caller ID blocking 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Call blocking」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
